What does the service consist of?

Digital Infrastructure services provide an agile and effective response to the different domains of IT activity, managing the life cycle of services to deliver them as products, which are continuously updated to meet the changing needs of the business.

 

The service includes all activities related to the implementation of physical and virtual infrastructure in data centers or public cloud, including hybrid and multi-cloud environments. SITES has experience in the best technologies and industry practices for the provision of the service, with the ability to adapt to the technological environment of its customers and to different management methodologies.

What is the scope of the service?

The Digital Infrastructure includes three key areas of service management:

  • Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)

  • IT Deployment Services (ITDS)

  • Patching and Upgrade (Evergreen)
